Здравствуйте, коллеги. Приветствует «Медиастудия Фрилансер» из Иркутска.
Примерно год назад мы при производстве медиапродукции остро почувствовали необходимость профессионального операторского оборудования, поскольку без него снять что-то серьёзное у нас упорно не получалось. Денег на зарубежные образцы у нас попросту не было.
Тогда, объединившись с несколькими инженерами из соседних городов, мы организовали мастерскую, нашли пару немецких станков - токарный и фрезерный, наладили добычу материалов (дюралюминия, титана и прочего) и попробовали по чертежам и фотографиям сделать кран, тележку и стэдикам.
С тех пор прошёл год. У нас теперь есть не только кран, стэдикам и телега, теперь мы нашли канал, по которому достаём сервоприводы, шарниры, пружины. Наши опытные образцы хорошо работают, и теперь после года экспериментов убедились, что можем делать сложные краны с панорамирующими головками, телегу с операторским сидением и управление, стэдикамы с двумя передающими пружинными сочленениями и электроуправлением. Ко всему этому мы научились приспосабливать мониторы и ручки управления.
Общаясь с сокллегами, мы узнали, что с оборудованием в стране плохо. Москва – она и в Африке Москва, с ней всё ясно. А вот частным студиям Урала, Сибири и Дальнего Востока приходится несладко. Особенно сейчас, когда доллар вырос, и кран с телегой приходится покупать за десятки тысяч долларов.
